On 15th May at 7 in the morning 2 experienced travellers Michael and Susanne with their car “Blacke”, set of to discover that every road has a story.
Day 1. After a tearful send of by Mark and Kriti, we drove on the national highway no 7 from Bangalore to Hyderabad this was tremendously uneventful. Susanne spend the first 4 hours of driving time trying to figure out how to voice activate the road maps. This road leading to Hyderabad passes through a very arid and dry landscape which I only
thought could be found in desert regions, and temperatures reached 39 C. Reached Hyderabad a 3 pm. Checked into the Grand Solitaire ( Nothing grand about this place, and you do get bored and will have to play solitaire). Had a great dinner at the famous Paradise Restaurant and yes the mutton biryani was worth the whole drive from Bangalore.
Hyderabad which was called the pearl city has lost a lot of its pearls.
